It is important to attend an Information/Enrolment Session so that you are given more information as well as meet the Facilitators. An enrolment form is completed at these sessions and is part of the acceptance process. In order to complete your enrolment form you must also provide the following documentation:
- A certified copy of your NZ birth certificate OR passport (with proof of residency if you are not a NZ citizen)
- If you are not using the name shown on these documents, you will also need to provide documents showing the change (e.g. marriage certificate)
- IRD number and
- Indicate which location you would like to attend
